Back in the fall of 2022, we all watched the real estate market take an abrupt U-turn. For some, it felt like déjà vu from 2009, but in reality, it was something different. Homes weren’t selling for hundreds of thousands above asking anymore, and multiple offers cooled down. Yet, what didn’t change was who was coming to Langley.

Many of today’s buyers are moving east from Burnaby, Coquitlam, and other parts of Greater Vancouver, focusing their searches on neighborhoods like Willoughby Heights, Walnut Grove, Murrayville, and Brookswood. Why? Because Langley offers something that few other cities can — balance.
